Rollout of Single Business Entity model to all European subsidiaries of ICL (countries where rollouts are planned: GB, NL, FR, DE, IT, ES)

Responsibilities

I was responsible for design, configuration, testing and post go live support of all sales, delivery, billing and transportation processes in new SBE/LRD business model (based on complex ABC scenarios with multiple countries involved).
Especially challenging were intercompany transactions (heavy use of idocs) and VAT handling topics (I designed “small” tax engine as an enhancement to standard SAP).

Global template implementation and rollouts

Role

Technical Lead for Marketing and Sales team – solution architect in Sales and Distribution area.

Responsibilities

I was responsible for design and configuration of the core global template processes in SD area including:

-      intercompany billing,

-      cross company sales,

-      central led (internal commissions for GPO) ,

-      agent commissions,

-      sales of materials with grades,

-      pre and down payments,

-      samples and free of charge deliveries.

Additionally I managed and configured integration of sales process with the following modules and external applications:

-      Transportation Management,

-      EWM and Logistics Execution  

-      Global Trade Services,

-      Environment  Health and Safety)
